terms of service

Usage/Crediting/Safety
⛥ I have the right to reject any commission request with no explanation;
⛥ Personal use only¹;
⛥ Do not use for anything NSFW;
⛥ Do not heavily edit/modify;
⛥ Do not use to feed/teach AI;
⛥ Do not use for tracing;
⛥ Do not claim the art as yours or claim yourself as the artist;
⛥ You must provide credit whenever using the finished product;
⛥ Do not delete, hide, or edit my watermark;
⛥ If commissioning a sketch, do not use it to: pay another artist to finish the product, use AI to finish it, finish it yourself, etc. You can always pay me to finish it for you;
⛥ My style is the style you're buying. I will not emulate anyone else's style. If the style you want is different from my own look for a different artist;
⛥ You can only commission up to 3 commissions at once;
⛥ Please do not send me NSFW reference sheets. Uncovered chests are fine but if there are visible genitals you must censor them.
Payment/Refunds
⛥ I will do a sketch and once you approve it, you are required to pay the full price before I can continue;
⛥ Refund is guaranteed after 2 weeks;
⛥ My estimated time is a month;
⛥ High design complexity, and sudden big changes to the drawing, among other things will have fees attached;
⛥ Refund has tax, I am not in the place to give back more money to evade Paypal's fees, unfortunately;
⛥ I will not refund tips;
⛥ The price is in USD. It is not up to me to figure out how conversion rates work. I cannot control the strength of money;
⛥ I am not financially responsible for your relationships (friendships/partners/etc) and if a character change is requested (in the case of a falling out, or a breakup, etc) reach out to me to discuss what to do. Refunds will not occur if the piece is already finished;
⛥ If you ghost me for a month without concluding your payment the commission will be cancelled and the file will be deleted. If you wish to restart the project you will have to commission me again;
⛥ In the case of a commission you've already paid for, since I often just message to ask if the design and the colors are accurate, in the case of ghosting for 2 months, the commission will be finished anyway, instead of refunded. It is your responsibility as a client to maintain contact and communication, and if none of my usual questions are answered, no changes will be made to the artwork and it will be completed as it is;
⛥ I don't accept Cryptocurrency as payment.
1- commercial commissions are an available option, please check pricing for details. I do not and won't ever make anything related to crypto, nfts, or ai art.

Guidelines

Can draw
⛥ Humans, most humanoids (Tieflings, Elves, etc), Anthro, and feral animals (Felines, Canids, Rodents, Reptiles, Birds, some Insects. In order of proficiency);
⛥ Semi-nudity (artistic only), blood, bones, open wounds as long as they meet my gore guidelines;

Can't draw
⛥ Some humanoids (Goblins, Orcs, etc), some animals (Most insects, horses & alike, dragons, any animal not mentioned as 'can draw'. If in doubt, ask);
⛥ Suggestive, full nudity (artistic or not), NSFW, anything with sexual connotations, any fetish, anything gross (vomiting, bodily fluids & other things), extremely saturated colors, anything bigoted, illegal or "barely legal", extremely triggering dark topics such as grooming, incest, etc (even if not romanticized);

OK with (Gore)
⛥ blood (small and large amounts), bones, mild wounds (i.e scratches), moderate-severe open wounds (i.e gashes, bones showing) & other types of harm, missing limbs/body parts, multiple eyes body horror (only if not super close to each other/not trypophobic), certain organs (heart, lungs, liver, stomach, the ones that look plain), vampirism, cannibalism (not vore)
Not OK with (Gore)
⛥ heavily detailed stuff to a point where it looks gross, SH, trypophobic content, certain organs (intestines, brain, the ones that have more texture and look gross)

Styles

Sketch
⛥ Regular sketch: Solid color, no alcohol effect, what you'd expect from a sketch.
⛥ Alcohol sketch: Brush has a multiply blend effect enabled, and the lineart is often colored, which creates an interesting effect.
Both can have minimal coloring (ONLY small details like eyes/accessories), very minimal shading, and will be cleaned, and have softly blurry lineart.Color
⛥ Regular color: Solid color, via fill tool, with minimal textures.
⛥ Watercolor: Carefully and thoroughly painted over with watercolor brushes, heavily texturized, takes much longer to make but tends to look far better. (+15$)
Shading
⛥ Flat color/no shading: Self explanatory.
⛥ Minimal shading: Simple shading, typically one gradient and a few shadows here and there, with not many details.
⛥ Full render: Complex shading often with different levels of depth and details.
With watercolor you may also request for the shading to be made solely with watercolor as well.Background
⛥ Simple: PNG, single color, gradients, stamp brush patterns, and generally stuff that takes less than 10 minutes to make falls under this.
⛥ Complex: Intricate hand-drawn patterns, props, and other things that don't necessarily compose a full scene but still take longer to make.
⛥ Scenery: Self explanatory.

Fees

Upgrading a sketch commission
To turn a sketch into a colored commission, you'll be charged the colored price MINUS the sketch price.
So for example, if you want to upgrade a sketched chibi into a colored one, you originally paid 10$ for the sketch, meaning you'll only have to pay 5$ to make it colored, totaling 15.
Watercolor rendering
⛥ +15$
Additional characters
⛥ +100% of og price (not counting bg) per character
Detailed designs
refers to lots of gradients, dozens of non-random markings, etc
⛥ up to 10$
No proper ref or design, low-quality ref, description instead of image
⛥ up to 10$
Sudden changes after approval of sketch
refers to big changes like pose, colors, etc
⛥ up to 10$
Commercial Commissions
I can work with book covers, book illustrations, card illustrations, merchandise designs & similar things. If in doubt, message me. Keep in mind that things for "branding" (like headers, or icons) don't count because you're not directly selling the art itself (It will count if you are planning to, though!). I do not and will never work with nfts.
⛥ 3x the og price including bg
